Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG — maximum 20 MB per file.

Proof of indigency is required only if you are applying for financial support. Accepted documents include a SASSA letter, social worker report, or equivalent government-issued proof.

This application asks for personal information and supporting documents. Where the learner is under 18, South African law requires a parent or legal guardian to consent, so we record who gave it.
